If you are wanting to know how to lose weight in two weeks, then you need to buckle down and get started.  Just proper nutrition or just cardio exercise or just weight training won’t cut it.  You definitely need to combine all 3 and work your butt off (literally) for the next 2 weeks in order to lose a decent amount of weight.  You will need to eat more vegetables, and definitely cut out any soda or coffee.  You’ll also need to cut out any high-cholesterol, high-fat, high-calories, high-sugars, or high-sodium foods and drinks.  Eliminating those and increasing the amount of fruits and vegatables you eat (focus more on vegetables because some fruits can be high in sugar, although it’s natural, it’s still a lot of sugar and can hinder weight loss efforts).  When at the gym, make sure that you lift weights (even if light weights for a lot of reps, it will help you to build muscle which helps you to burn fat).  Also, if you do cardio, do it in intervals by sprinting for a minute, then walking fast for a minute, then sprint, walk fast, etc….
