The number of electronic multimedia options on the market for business can be a mammoth burden when deciding which models of printers, scanners, or fax machines would suit their needs. Customers looking for power and performance need look no further than the a3 laser printer, a machine that encompasses the needs of any business, from small to large.

Some businesses may not have heard of such laser printers; others may require (or provide) the services of professional photography, heavy-duty image printing, or electronic file hosting and already know about the versatility of the machines. The market for laser printers has pointed large businesses towards the highest-end machines with a multitude of functions. These devices have an annoying tendency to break with high-volume usage or require extensive upkeep and service. Unlike the competitors with (usually) low-quality image printing, the software in a3 printers gives extremely high quality pictures.

The very first models may have been thousands of dollars and took up a huge amount of space, but contemporary models have turned the trend around completely. The first breakthrough came with the $50 Canon model (thousands of dollars cheaper than the original brands) which fitted neatly on any computer desk. Since the innovation of compressed software scanning and printing, new models have followed suit and even dropped their prices further. While an a3 laser printer still cost thousands of dollars — and are almost all only used by the highest-end photography companies –, the market is saturated with low cost, portable machines. Electronics companies such as HP and Brother put out new designs each year, and are starting to engineer all in one models by combining the prints with faxes, copies, and scanning.

Each software company trots out a new design each year, but durability of the models has endured, and with the cost of ink dropping to new lows, the best time to upgrade a printer is now. Choose the preferred company and model, and then consult with electronic stores to see if they have it available.
