Then, you can also use elbow braces that is will protect your arm from muscles stress. The tennis elbow brace must be centered over the back of your forearm to allow the injured part to rest. Last but not the least, the use of physical therapy may be done if you really want to prevent the injury from coming back to haunt you. When there is little or no pain at all, you can start doing the stretching and tennis elbow strengthening exercises appropriate for elbow related injuries.
