Anyone who has went through menopause knows how uncomfortable those menopause night sweats can be. Waking up in the middle of the night roasting and finding yourself in sweat drenched pajamas and sheets. One woman I knew would be so uncomfortable she would get up in the middle of the night to put on new sheets. Talk about disruptive sleep.

Many women seek hormone replacement therapy to help with this, but if you are skeptical about that type of therapy there are some other things you can do to help with menopause night sweats. One thing that can help is eating a healthy, well-rounded diet. But you may also want to add some natural supplements like black cohosh, soy and flax seed oil to your diet. These have been known to be quite helpful for some women.
