Learning To Love Charlotte
Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina was not the amazing adventure that most children seek out for their time. The weather tended to be mostly sticky and hot, and while we would get some occassional ice storms in the winter months, it seems we are always just a bit too far north to get actual snow. I’m now grown up and have moved other areas, but recently had a chance to ttravel back to Charlotte for business. When I took a free day and explored the town, I was amazed at how much it had grown and how many differnt activities and attactions have been built in the past thirty years. From the NASCAR museum in downtown to the Bobcat’s Arena, Charlotte has really become a fabulous place to live and raise a family. My wife and I are planning to come back and stay a weekend in one of the many Charlotte resorts so I can really learn about what “home” has become.
