If you suffer from celiac disease, you are not allowed to consume bread and bakery products, couscous, wheat starch, biscuits, waffles, muffins, pancakes, pasta, macaroni, noodles, spaghetti, some types of cheese and diary products (containing gluten stabilizers), any type of meat prepared with wheat, barley, oat, rye or gluten stabilizers, canned meat. Also, stay away from frozen foods, soups that contain wheat, barley, oats, rye, salad dressings, desserts that contain wheat flour: cakes, cake, donuts, pies, pancakes, chocolate, puddings, coffee or tea that contain gluten additives, beer, gin, vodka, whiskey (made from a mixture of cereals), white pepper, mustard powder and mayonnaise.
