Lose Fat to Be Healthier
We know how hard it is to lose weight in those areas that are a constant problem for each woman. We propose a safe weight loss diet for an enviable abdomen. This diet will help you lose stomach fat and those fats from the thighs that do not want to leave you.
During this diet you will eat six meals a day, but you will have restrictions on the foods you eat.
Also, for the diet to function at peak efficiency in a short time it is recommended to do 10-20 minutes of exercise 2-3 times per week.
You do not have to count calories, weigh food, portion it or keep a journal. Make one list of these foods and stick it to the refrigerator:
• peanuts, nuts and seeds
• beans, peas or other vegetables
• spinach and green leafy vegetables
• skimmed milk
• sugar-free cereals
• eggs
• turkey or other lean meat
• peanut butter
• olive oil
• bread or cereal
• blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
This diet focuses on what’s allowed to eat, helping you overcome the feeling of restriction of other diets that suggest only what NOT to eat.
The diet suggests foods that do not contain saturated fat foods, excess fructose or refined carbohydrates. The challenge is to choose a healthier lifestyle and the solution is simple, eating proper food. Meanwhile you should start an exercise program that will help you get the best results.
Breakfast
Cereal with blueberries
Peanut butter, bread
Vegetable juice
Lunch
Beans or peas, steamed
Turkey or chicken with whole bread
Dinner
Omelet with spinach and cheese
Green salad with olive oil and lemon juice
Toast the bread
Strawberries
Also, between meals you can afford to nibble on nuts, seeds, yogurt, cheese, hummus salad or beans and asparagus. They are healthy sources of fats that your body needs.
