On Quick Weight Loss Diets
There is little doubt that you’ve been exposed to at least one of the thousands of quick weight loss diets in your travels, but you probably had no idea whether it was actually a healthful way to lose weight. You have no reason to feel bad: practically no one has any idea whether these diets are sustainable!
But that doesn’t stop plenty of people from trying them. Every year, millions of people try their luck at quick weight loss, and the vast majority fail. It really isn’t their fault; the information is just so convoluted at this point that it is difficult to understand what is a good and healthful diet, versus what is some quack scheme that could ruin your health. I think the best solution is always to consult with your doctor, read plenty of information, and make sure you are well-informed before you begin dieting.
