When you are playing the game Warhammer 40k, each army has their own very unique and extremely tough units who will work for them. So, the Space Wolves are no exception. In the Space Wolves unit, their are elite troops and they are the Wolf Guards. These Wolf guards are known as pack leaders, of the Space Wolves, and they would also lead the army of Grey hunters as well as Blood claws. If you are in times of trouble and you are trying to defend your army, they will be there to give you the extra power that will help you defeat your enemy. These Wolf Guards, are also able to use any weapons to help defend their army. These weapons will include deadly frost blade, power weapons, and power fists.
If you need Wolf Guards to help assist you, they can be easily placed into any squad units. This are a great benefit to the Space Wolves, as it give them more fire power against their enemy. By having them there will be make it very difficult for the enemy to get passed them. In a way, they are seen like a veteran, but may not have all the necessary experience that is acquired by a veteran. The Wolf guard, will be there to help the Space Wolves in a difficult situation, when they may normally run away from.
The Space Wolves unit generally do well in combat. But, there maybe an enemy that could be equally matched. When this is the case this is where the Wolf Guard will come in, as they will give them more fire power to defeat their enemy, because the Wolf Guard isn’t an actual character, so they aren’t as easy to break through. These guards, can put together very difficult squads. These squads will be able to tackle any troop where a close combat is happening.
