1. Use music when you workout. This will help get you pumped up.

2. Workout with a partner. This will help you by keeping you on track. It’s easy to skip a workout session but if you are suppose to meet up with a friend at the gym, you will be much more inclined to go.

3. Every time you push that plate of fatty food away, reward yourself. Just don’t reward yourself by eating what you just pushed away.

4. Make a deal with your family. It can be anything. You can promise to lose a certain amount of weight or you will do all of the chores for a month or something.
