If you have any type of hobby; if you play a sport; keep a pet; or have kids; these are all ready-made topics that you can write about.  You would be surprised how many people are looking to get questions answered about these type of subjects all day long.  Positioning yourself as an expert in your niche is very easy if you already know something about it and there are sure to be some products or an ebook that you can sell that fit nicely with your hobby niche.
