Front Lawn Leaves AFTER

Not only can fallen autumn leaves present dangers to pedestrians and vehicles they can also present a danger to lawn. In fact they can kill areas of it. If you do not sweep up the leaves that fall on your pristine lawn soon after they have fallen, they very quickly build up in to an incredibly compact barrier. This barrier will starve your lawn of much needed oxygen and will very quickly ruin it – you will be left with patchy unsightly areas of grass. Using a leaf sweeper or leaf collector will quickly pick up any of those loose leaves lying on the surface. Leave it too long though and you may have to resort to a rake, and that’s going to leave you with some blisters!
