Two heads are better than one, that cliché could not be further from the truth. But what can be said of two chins? Are two chins better than one? Definitely no. Double chins are a problem to many people. They are as a result of fat gain on the face that with time move low under the chin, stretch the skin due to gravity and eventually cause a sagging, hanging ugly look. The first thing that most people think of when the idea of getting rid of double chins is mentioned is surgery. But there are other healthier, cost effective and natural ways to get rid of double chins and reduce cheek fat. This will bring back your original lean, slim and beautiful face.

Chin exercises are very effective in burning fats deposited in the face and below the chin. The first exercise involves stretching the lips in order to work the muscles just under the chin. You can stand upright, tilt your head backwards to face the ceiling then try to kiss the ceiling. Hold this position for between 5 and 10 seconds before relaxing. Repeat this exercise. As you do this exercise, leave other facial muscles not involved in the exercise relaxed.

Another chin exercise involves pulling the head up, either seated or standing then rotating it from one shoulder to another in circular motion. Do this exercise slowly and repeat the rotation at least 5 times a set. You can do as many as 10 sets a day, just remember that the more the sets you do the more the calories you burn. However, you must be careful not to overdo the exercises so as not to damage the face muscles. These exercises are very effective in getting rid of double chins through physical exercise and are far much more preferable than other ways to lose chin and facial fat.
