With an organic mattress, you are getting both luxury and healthiness. A lot of people don’t realize that in normal mattresses there are gases and fumes that come out of them. Now of course these are in trace amounts, but anything that is not natural to this earth is prone to giving off unnatural effects. That is the basic reason why I bought my organic mattress for a king size bed. I had to pay a bit extra for it, especially since it is king sized, but I really don’t care because I know that we are healthier now. I don’t have to worry about what poisons are going into my lungs while I breathe during sleep. A little trick that I learned is to use a waterproof mattress pad so that it can’t get stained from a spill. You have to protect what’s important to you. That’s what I think.
